•Develop and monitor project budgets and procurement to maintain profitability
•Lead and mentor project teams of engineers, designers, and technicians to foster collaboration and growth
•Maintain client relations with regular updates and issue resolution to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
•Profesional degree in MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA) and related registration
•Minimum 8 years of working experience, with 5 years relevant experience; GCC experience is a plus
•Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles, codes and standards for MEP projects
•Proficiency in project management including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management; SAP ERP knowledge preferred
