Key Responsibilities

•Develop CNC machining programs using Mastercam and Siemens NX, including selecting cutting tools and creating setup guides.
•Review engineering drawings, CAD models, and technical specifications to build accurate CNC programs.
•Collaborate with manufacturing teams to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues while meeting tight tolerances.
•Continuously improve machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize waste.
•Provide timely technical support to the shop floor and maintain good housekeeping.

Key Requirements

•Complete an engineering or technical related course.
•2 to 4 years of experience in CNC programming.
•Knowledgeable CNC programming using Mastercam or NX software.
•Ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and CAD drawings.
•Strong understanding of G-code and M-code programming, including GD&T principles.
