Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end production hiring outcomes for CW, including headcount planning, demand forecasting, requisition prioritization, and delivery against targets.
  • •Serve as a strategic talent partner to the Head of TA and senior divisional leaders, translating business objectives into executable hiring strategies.
  • •Provide reporting on hiring health, pipeline velocity, capacity constraints, and risk mitigation to divisional leadership.
  • •Define and manage SLAs, hiring goals, and success metrics for CW production portfolio in partnership with business stakeholders.
  • •Personally execute full-cycle recruiting for priority roles as needed and coach centralized production recruiters by aligning daily priorities, quality, and escalation handling.

Salary: USD 143,000 - 191,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of talent acquisition experience, including recent full-cycle production or technical recruiting in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
  • •Operate independently with minimal oversight, managing complex hiring portfolios and ambiguous situations with sound judgment.
  • •Partner with Director-level and above stakeholders to translate business needs into hiring strategies and handle escalations diplomatically.
  • •Demonstrate program management capability by leading hiring initiatives beyond individual requisitions and coordinating cross-functional efforts.
