Job Summary

Own customer success planning and operations by building demand and capacity models, running scenario-based what-if analysis, and refining demand forecast logic. Synthesize narratives, readouts, and insights for senior leadership across delivery, operations, and Finance. Lead annual plan, outlook updates, and long-range planning cycles while partnering cross-functionally to align strategy, KPIs, and capacity/budget tradeoffs.

Key Responsibilities

•Build demand and capacity models aligned to annual obligations and investment areas.
•Ingest business efficiency inputs and inform next-year planning strategy through what-if scenario builds.
•Create narratives, readouts, and insights on demand and capacity trends and plans.
•Refine demand forecast logic with interconnected drivers aligned to changing priorities.
•Serve as a primary business partner for senior leadership and collaborate on planning cycles (annual plan, outlook updates, long-range planning).

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 117,400 - 177,600 annually

Key Requirements

•5-7 years of experience in business planning and operations functions such as financial/resource planning, management consulting, or strategy/operations.

•Data analysis and insight generation to measure impact on initiatives and trends.
•Comfort with ambiguity and ability to adapt to changing priorities; strong written and verbal communication with executive presence.
