Key Responsibilities

  • •Understand members’ financial backgrounds and goals and identify optimization opportunities.
  • •Review, deliver, sign, and file federal and state tax returns, including Forms 1040 and 1120-S.
  • •Maintain high-quality results while upholding federal and state compliance requirements during tax season.
  • •Support day-to-day tasks for tax professionals and mentor, train, and provide feedback to junior tax staff.
  • •Research and analyze tax laws and policies as needed, maintain knowledge of changes, and collaborate to resolve complex tax issues.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 48 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Active CPA, EA, or JD in the state of residency.
  • •3–5 years of experience preparing, signing, and filing returns, including Forms 1040 and 1120-S.
  • •Experience managing deadlines and a high volume of returns during tax season.
  • •Strong technical proficiency with tools and tax research/preparation applications such as CCH, GoSystems, and SurePrep.
  • •Exposure to multi-state tax principles (nexus, apportionment, and state allocations) is a plus.
