Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver a strong client experience by engaging clients in-person and over the phone and recommending customized financial wellness solutions.
  • •Listen for financial wellness opportunities and provide guidance tied to clients’ goals and confidence in their finances.
  • •Meet individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations consistently.
  • •Open and support a range of personal and business accounts and deposit products, including lending and certificates of deposit, as applicable.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and support branch operations, including Teller transactions as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required); a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience building current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (sales experience is prioritized).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office Products including Word, Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, and web browsing) (required).
