  • •Own overall business performance, growth, and profitability for the Diversified Industries Corporate Banking group at appropriate levels of risk.
  • •Develop and execute long-term business strategy and drive engagement and buy-in across the organization.
  • •Attract, retain, inspire, and develop a diverse, high-performing group of Corporate Relationship Managers and juniors.
  • •Drive client relationships nationwide, managing key existing and prospective relationships to grow and widen the portfolio.
  • •Ensure all activities comply with regulatory requirements, enterprise-wide risk management, and internal policies; partner with credit and Product Executives for holistic coverage and strong credit quality.
