  • •Hands-on experience in product development working with engineering and product teams.
  • •Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and knowing when to apply each.
  • •Confident with Jira/Confluence (Atlassian), Miro, Google Docs/Sheets, and related tracking/reporting systems; AI tooling is a plus.
  • •Able to work independently by identifying problems, structuring ambiguity, and driving solutions end-to-end; excellent stakeholder communication and written updates.
