Lead engineering strategy and execution for the systems and product experiences that help customers adopt, buy, and expand. Own the technical direction for an API-first monetization platform covering quoting through billing, entitlements, renewals, and growth. Build modular, scalable platforms for usage- and impact-based pricing, strengthen integrations (e.g., Zuora, Salesforce), and raise standards for reliability, auditability, and operational rigor while partnering across Product, Design, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Enterprise Applications.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the Growth and Monetization engineering organization with accountability for strategy, architecture, execution, and team health.
•Drive the technical vision for self-service purchase, expansion, billing, usage visibility, budgeting, and account management experiences.
•Build end-to-end workflows across quoting, ordering, provisioning, billing, invoicing, entitlements, renewals, and expansion.
•Design and evolve an API-first monetization platform modular enough to adapt to evolving pricing and packaging models, supporting metering, rating, packaging, billing, and reporting.
•Own and evolve integrations across monetization systems (including Zuora and Salesforce) and ensure reliability, auditability, controls, and operational rigor, including SOX-aware processes.

Salary: USD 203,200 - 345,600 annually

•Experience launching usage-based products or platforms and supporting changes in pricing models.
•Understanding of API-first, modular, and scalable platform architecture, including systems with controls, compliance, and auditability (SOX-related considerations).
