Provide timely, accurate processing of client transactions while maintaining proper handling of assigned monies. Deliver a high-quality client experience, identify customer financial needs, and cross-train to support outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) activities. Educate clients on digital self-service options (ATMs, Online and Mobile banking), assist with new account openings and problem resolution, and follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies.
