Capital & Projects Superintendent

Lead capital and improvement initiatives for Aquila Mine by providing structure and governance across project teams, contractors, and stakeholders. Deliver projects end-to-end—meeting scope, schedule, budget, safety, and quality—while managing the capital project portfolio and monitoring capital and operational variances. Oversee surface infrastructure maintenance and reliability, drive safety and high-performance culture, and coordinate across operations, engineering, commercial, finance, and safety teams.
