Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and implement AI-driven solutions to automate business processes and improve service delivery.
  • •Build production-grade GenAI applications, including LLM-powered features, AI agents, copilots, and orchestration layers.
  • •Contribute to PoCs and pilots, prototyping new capabilities and moving them to production-ready states.
  • •Develop and integrate multi-agent systems and agents using established orchestration frameworks.
  • •Build secure APIs and microservices, integrate with enterprise platforms, and implement governance and security controls (PII handling, prompt injection defenses, audit logging, RBAC/least privilege).

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 1–2 years building and shipping AI/ML or Generative AI solutions in production.
  • •Proven experience delivering AI features that run in production with real users.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and GenAI, including foundation models, prompt engineering, tool/function calling, structured outputs, and context management.
  • •Experience building agents/copilots or multi-agent workflows using orchestration frameworks.
  • •Strong production skills with Python and AI/MLOps practices (experiment tracking, model/prompt versioning, evaluation, and monitoring).
