Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale SMB initiatives, including scoping, governance, sign-off, communications, and reporting.
  • •Apply a consistent delivery methodology (PRINCE2 or Six Sigma) to establish milestones, risk management, and quality control.
  • •Design and embed a structured engagement framework defining prioritisation, resourcing, and measurement for Hub initiatives.
  • •Translate Hub priorities into actionable delivery plans that support commercial objectives, monitoring delivery and engagement metrics and adjusting as needed.
  • •Own SMB communications strategy and produce clear, structured reporting to keep a wide stakeholder group aligned and informed.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years’ experience delivering project or programme work, operations, or a comparable environment.
  • •PRINCE2 or Six Sigma certification (or clear, demonstrable working knowledge).
  • •Strong programme and project management skills to lead complex plans against deadlines with a clear prioritisation model.
  • •Excellent time management to sequence and protect delivery quality across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging for senior stakeholders and translate operational detail into decisions.
