Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead facilities operations, maintenance programs, and workplace services across Pandora’s North American retail and office portfolio.
  • •Develop and execute preventive maintenance programs to maximize asset life, reduce downtime, and support business continuity.
  • •Manage vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, and performance metrics to ensure consistent service delivery and cost efficiency.
  • •Oversee facilities operating budgets and expenditures, identifying cost-saving and process-improvement opportunities.
  • •Ensure compliance with building codes and health and safety, environmental requirements, and company policies, including emergency preparedness and life safety activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, Construction Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •7+ years of facilities management experience, preferably in a multi-site retail, hospitality, or commercial environment.
  • •Experience managing facilities operations across multiple locations/regions in a large distributed portfolio.
  • •Experience overseeing facilities budgets, vendor contracts, service delivery programs, and facility-related capital projects.
  • •Knowledge of building operations, preventive maintenance, regulatory compliance, workplace safety, and risk management; certifications such as CFM/FMP/SFP/OSHA Safety preferred.
