  • •Drive project planning, coordination, and delivery across engineering and product teams.

  • •Experience driving projects forward (not only facilitating ceremonies) with accountability for outcomes, timelines, and decision-making.
  • •Solid understanding of Agile software delivery and SDLC processes, with judgment to adapt approaches.
  • •Experience managing cross-team dependencies, mapping them early, sequencing initiatives, and holding teams to commitments.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, reporting, and professional English communication; ability to challenge assumptions and escalate when needed.
