Job Summary

Lead the Finance Systems Strategy (FSS) team to design the future technology end-state architecture for Visa’s finance systems and drive the finance technology modernization roadmap. Partner across Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to translate finance vision into scalable ERP solutions using Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM, with deep focus on Project Costing. Own functional design, integration execution, and Agile delivery, supporting major initiatives across Project Costing, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate finance vision into a world-class technology end-state architecture for finance systems using Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM.
•Lead modernization of the Project Costing process and system lifecycle, including setup, cost capture, allocations/burdening, adjustments, accounting, and close.
•Own functional design and requirements for scalable Project Costing solutions aligned to target architecture.
•Lead integration design and execution across Project Costing, Procurement/AP, Time & Expense, Fixed Assets, and General Ledger to ensure accurate cost flow and accounting.
•Manage Agile delivery for roadmap initiatives, providing data-driven leadership updates and coordinating BAU fixes/enhancements with technology partners.

Key Requirements

•10+ years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or 8+ years with an Advanced Degree.
•Demonstrated experience implementing Oracle ERP Fusion Cloud with multiple modules (General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables).
•Focused experience with the ERP Project Costing module and related lifecycle (project setup, cost capture, allocations/burdening, adjustments, accounting, and close).
•Experience owning functional design and requirements, translating finance/accounting needs into scalable Project Costing solutions aligned to target architecture.
•Experience managing delivery using Agile methodologies and Jira, including data-driven leadership updates and proactive risk/dependency management.
