Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate receipt of online creative materials from agencies and/or advertisers to meet campaign deadlines.
  • •Support advertiser relationship management to fulfill campaigns and build a loyal customer base.
  • •Communicate campaign status, performance, and execution with Sales, CSM, and Product Ops teams.
  • •Provide customer service by responding to internal and external inquiries via telephone and email, including order status updates to Sales Reps.
  • •Ensure revenue forecasting/recognition, set up auto-reporting and manual client reporting deliveries, and process campaign changes through month-end close tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •B.A. or B.S. degree required.
  • •Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • •Proven sales and client management abilities, preferably with the advertising and agency marketplace; sales/customer service administrator experience is a plus.
