Production Supervisor 1st Shift

Oversee 1st shift deli production to ensure procedures are followed, safety and quality standards are met, and customer specifications are maintained. Lead training, performance feedback, and proactive communication for employees, while scheduling manpower, materials, product, and machines efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to drive quality improvement, cost reduction, method improvement, yield control, and equipment maintenance, and ensure all required reporting is completed.
