Job Summary

Provide on-site and phone-based service support for Epiroc equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, installing parts, and performing testing/demonstrations to minimize downtime and reduce customer costs. Maintain tool inventories, follow warranty processes, and communicate daily service updates to customers and the Service Manager. Advance through Level 1–3 responsibilities, including warranty evaluation, customized solutions, component rebuilds to OEM specifications, and serving as a subject matter expert.

•Complete daily work assignments requested by the customer or supervisor.
•Troubleshoot, identify problems, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and pneumatic systems by phone or on site.
•Maintain and update personal tool inventory quarterly to meet calibration and tool replacement protocols.
•Follow warranty policy and process warranty claim reports in the field.
•Adhere to safety and environmental requirements, including proper PPE use and safe procedures; travel as required.

•Maintain required US Department of Labor, Mine, Safety & Health Administration Training Certificates (or complete required training by the manager’s required date).
•Maintain a valid driver’s license and be able to travel as required by the position.
