Job Summary

Provide independent, expert quality assurance for complex, high-risk payments cases. Execute quality checks and calibrations using test scripts and scorecards, act as a subject-matter expert for escalations, and lead thematic reviews with stakeholders. Use advanced analytics and AI to identify trends and root causes, then present insights to drive continuous improvement. Coach QA colleagues, mentor best practice, and help achieve quality and speed targets (KPIs/SLAs).

Key Responsibilities

•Execute quality checks and calibrations for the most complex and high-risk cases, leading thematic reviews using test scripts and scorecards.
•Act as a subject matter expert for complex escalations/queries and support root cause analysis; assist audit/regulatory activity when required.
•Lead calibration activity within QA and with stakeholders to ensure consistent outcomes aligned to risk appetite and policy.
•Use advanced analytics and AI to analyze QA outcomes/data, identify trends, investigate root causes, and generate actionable insights.
•Foster collaboration by sharing knowledge and mentoring colleagues, and present insights to stakeholders/forums to drive continuous improvement.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 2,950 - 3,600 monthly

Key Requirements

•3+ years of QA experience or payments-domain case experience, including coaching others.
•Fluency in English (written and verbal) with the ability to articulate recommendations.
•Strong knowledge of QA methodologies/frameworks, including testing procedures, scoring criteria, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement.
•Risk and compliance expertise: identify and assess risks, apply policy requirements/guidance, and understand the regulatory environment.
•Ability to analyze complex customer evidence and make robust, risk-based decisions; train and coach QA specialists in QA methods and domain knowledge.
