Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead customer support operations and ensure exceptional service delivery to customers.
  • •Develop strategies to optimize resources and drive loyalty, reporting to the Sr Program Manager.
  • •Oversee end-to-end processes and projects for internal and external clients to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
  • •Issue clear instructions to team members, monitor performance, and mentor junior colleagues for skill development.
  • •Travel 25%-50% as part of role requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Salesforce experience highly preferred (3+ years)
  • •Familiarity with MS Office Outlook, Word, Visio and Excel
  • •Familiarity with a database management system (DBMS) such as Oracle and/or MS SQL Server is a plus
  • •Experience with SaaS software, document management systems or quality management software tools (ERP, MES, EDMS and QMS) is highly preferred
  • •3+ years of proven analytical or business/quality systems experience may be relevant
