Job Function: QA, Test & Release Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop test strategies and plans, ensuring traceability to requirements and compliance with CI/CD, Green IT, and industry standards (e.g., ISTQB).
  • •Design, prepare, and execute functional and non-functional test cases; continuously update regression suites as features evolve.
  • •Automate tests when needed, contribute to automation framework improvements.
  • •Manage defects by logging issues, determining severity, supporting resolutions, and verifying fixes before release.
  • •Report testing progress to stakeholders and ensure visibility of milestones.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar discipline
  • •2–5+ years in full-stack development and testing, with a preference for automation testing
  • •Familiarity with Git; experience using Jira and working within Scrum/Agile frameworks is advantageous
  • •Familiarity with Selenium; knowledge of Jenkins, Octane, Confluence, and cloud platforms (OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker) is a plus
  • •English proficiency and strong analytical/problem-solving skills
