Key Responsibilities

  • •Implement Hazel at successful brands and ensure customers get maximum value from Hazel and AI
  • •Turn customer requests into scoped product feature requests for engineering
  • •Develop internal tools for diagnosing issues, building alerts, and evaluating Hazel’s performance
  • •Own the post go-live relationship by investigating metric discrepancies and determining data, product, or definition causes
  • •Build enablement materials (courses, onboarding, training) and translate onsite learnings into engineering requests
