Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver high-quality, accurate, and timely DDQ submissions for digital due diligence platforms and repeatable low-level client DDQs.
  • •Follow processes and procedures for handling resources and closing projects within delivery workflows.
  • •Take ownership of projects, quality-check deliverables for relevance, accuracy, and formatting before peer review.
  • •Pursue process improvements via automated features in the content system and online submission platforms.
  • •Build and maintain investment knowledge, share knowledge with teammates, and support review/development of Delivery Strategy Operations processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Communications, English, or Liberal Arts; some exposure to Economics or Finance courses preferred.
  • •Interest in the CFA Investment Foundations certificate is encouraged.
  • •Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
  • •Strong writing and editing skills, with excellent communication.
  • •Strong project management skills with high attention to detail; ability to juggle and prioritize multiple deadlines.
