Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems (WIC/R, RTUs, exhaust fans, hoods, make-up air units, DOAS systems)
  • •Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites
  • •Support refrigeration and kitchen ventilation systems
  • •Conduct site inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
  • •Use BMS to monitor performance, review startup/testing/balancing reports, and coordinate corrective actions for new facility openings
