Job Summary

Maintain and repair modern, standardized commercial kitchen HVAC/R systems across multiple sites in the Greater Dallas area. You’ll perform preventative maintenance, troubleshoot and diagnose equipment issues (onsite and remote), support refrigeration and kitchen ventilation, and conduct safety/efficiency inspections. The role also includes coordinating with external vendors for specialized repairs and supporting new facility openings by verifying installation and system functionality.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on commercial HVAC/R systems (WIC/R, RTUs, exhaust fans, hoods, make-up air units, DOAS systems)
•Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues across multiple sites
•Support refrigeration and kitchen ventilation systems
•Conduct site inspections to ensure equipment operates safely and efficiently
•Use BMS to monitor performance, review startup/testing/balancing reports, and coordinate corrective actions for new facility openings

Travel: Low travel
