Project Controls Analyst I

Support project cost and schedule analysis by researching and collecting financial and progress/performance data. Learn and apply earned value concepts, WBS fundamentals, and cost baseline fundamentals to produce initial analyses comparing manpower, labor hours, and labor costs against budget and funding limitations. Assist with tracking purchase orders and subcontract commitments, while developing knowledge of accounting principles, scope control, and change management.
