Key Responsibilities

  • •Handle and follow up on governmental permits and NOCs, including design and construction NOCs.
  • •Liaise with UAE authorities and service providers (e.g., FEWA, DEWA, Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, RERA) to resolve approval issues affecting timelines.
  • •Follow up on contractor payments and manage payment processes through RERA and other relevant authorities.
  • •Maintain and update trackers with relevant documentation for permits, bonds, insurances, and related items.
