Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor, maintain, and optimize utility systems within the factory (electrical, compressed air, HVAC, RO-EDI water treatment).
  • •Supervise contractors during maintenance, installation, or system improvement activities.
  • •Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting/breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
  • •Prepare PM documents, SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance history records.
  • •Coordinate with production and related departments to ensure utility systems effectively support manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong background in preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of industrial utility systems (electrical, compressed air, HVAC, water treatment)
  • •Experience supervising contractors during maintenance or installations
  • •Ability to analyze technical issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime
  • •Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations applicable to factory operations
  • •Proven track record of generating and maintaining PM documents, SOPs, WI, and maintenance history records
