Job Function: Field Service, Maintenance & Skilled Trades

Key Responsibilities

•Monitor, maintain, and optimize utility systems within the factory (electrical, compressed air, HVAC, RO-EDI water treatment).
•Supervise contractors during maintenance, installation, or system improvement activities.
•Perform preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting/breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime.
•Prepare PM documents, SOPs, work instructions, and maintenance history records.
•Coordinate with production and related departments to ensure utility systems effectively support manufacturing operations.

Key Requirements

•Strong background in preventive maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of industrial utility systems (electrical, compressed air, HVAC, water treatment)
•Experience supervising contractors during maintenance or installations
•Ability to analyze technical issues and implement solutions to minimize downtime
•Knowledge of safety standards and environmental regulations applicable to factory operations
•Proven track record of generating and maintaining PM documents, SOPs, WI, and maintenance history records
