•Vendor & Invoicing Management: Own end-to-end invoicing process across agencies and vendors and ensure invoices align to contracts and budgets.
•Program Operations & Fulfillment: Oversee operational execution of key marketing programs, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and dependencies are tracked and delivered.
•Capacity & Demand Alignment Reporting: Build and maintain visibility that connects marketing demand to clinic capacity and surface risks or constraints impacting marketing performance.
•Marketing Calendar & Execution Coordination: Own centralized integrated marketing calendar across all channels and teams to ensure campaigns are visible and coordinated.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 123,000 - 140,000 annually
