Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead end-to-end investment operations oversight for Private Credit, covering transaction lifecycle management and post-trade oversight.
  • •Oversee transaction and trade services, including execution support, review of legal documentation, transaction administration, and investment restriction monitoring.
  • •Contribute to product launches and closings by designing operating models, establishing operational infrastructure, and supporting equalisation processes.
  • •Provide valuation and performance oversight, including NAV review support, reconciliations, and calculations such as ECL/amortisation and carry/waterfalls where applicable.
  • •Manage stakeholders and service providers with SLA oversight, due diligence/RFP support, reporting contributions, and escalation of issues to resolution.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in investment operations in alternatives, ideally with exposure to Private Credit / Direct Lending and loan-style instruments.
  • •Strong understanding of operational control, including investment restrictions monitoring, regulatory/compliance considerations, and operational risk management.
  • •Experience supporting NAV oversight, valuations and performance, including reconciliations with fund administrators and valuation providers.
  • •Track record managing multiple stakeholders and external service providers, with confidence in SLA/KPI management and escalation.
  • •Comfortable driving change delivery across systems implementation, data governance, and process improvement.
