Job Summary

Own the procure-to-pay process for indirect materials, driving timely, cost-effective purchasing in support of operational and supply chain objectives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to execute RFP preparation, negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management. Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, handle order-status inquiries, and prepare procurement reporting to enable strategic cost optimization and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage the procure-to-pay process for indirect materials, supporting timely purchasing aligned to operational requirements and supply chain objectives.
•Execute procurement activities including RFP preparation, supplier negotiations, cost analysis, and purchase order management.
•Respond to client inquiries about order status, changes, or cancellations to ensure timely communication and customer satisfaction.
•Manage sourcing activities to procure goods, materials, supplies, and services while maintaining compliance and securing favorable terms.
•Monitor supplier performance and contract compliance, resolve delivery/quality issues, and prepare/analyze price proposals, procurement data, and financial reports for cost optimization.

Key Requirements

•University degree in Business Administration, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field, with 5+ years of relevant experience (or an advanced degree with 3+ years).
•3+ years of experience with SAP procurement software or a similar ERP in a supply chain/procurement environment.
•3+ years managing end-to-end procurement processes, including RFPs, supplier negotiations, and contract oversight.
•Advanced proficiency in English.
•Strong communication skills for professional written and spoken communication in English.
