Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, motivate, and mentor the mechanical maintenance team to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on stamping presses and related machinery.
  • •Inspect, diagnose mechanical system failures, and perform repairs on mechanical systems.
  • •Respond to equipment breakdowns, identify root causes, and restore productivity in a timely manner.
  • •Develop and implement maintenance schedules/plans to minimize downtime and extend equipment life, including executing and documenting preventive maintenance (PM).
  • •Ensure maintenance activities comply with OSHA and safety standards, collaborate with production and other teams, and train technicians/operators.

Key Requirements

  • •+7 years of stamping maintenance experience, preferably with servo tandem line and laser blanker line equipment.
  • •Experience maintaining and repairing stamping presses and complex stamping machinery parks.
  • •Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, including hydraulics and pneumatics knowledge for diagnosing failures.
  • •Strong understanding of electrical schematics, control systems, and PLCs for industrial electrical equipment troubleshooting.
  • •Leadership experience in stamping maintenance, including ability to lead, coach, and develop a maintenance team while following safety practices.
