Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the end-to-end experience to help new patients discover and get started with Nourish, across our website and mobile app.
  • •Partner with engineering, design, and marketing to optimize our existing acquisition channels as well as test and validate entirely new ones (e.g. patient communities, external partnerships, app-led acquisition, etc.)
  • •Partner with sales to streamline how patients referred to Nourish by our growing base of health system partners get started with a dietitian.
  • •Own success metrics including signup conversion rate, new channel efficiency, and patient reactivation rate.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of product management experience, with measurable success in growth-focused roles where you owned new user acquisition and onboarding.
