Universal Banker - Trinity

Provide timely, accurate customer transactions while delivering a consistent, high-quality client experience. Educate clients on digital self-service banking (ATMs, Online and Mobile) and support outbound outreach to identify needs, offers, and opportunities. Serve as a secondary contact for new account openings and issue resolution, partnering with appropriate branch team members. Maintain records, follow internal controls and risk management policies, and continuously build product and service knowledge through training.
