Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare and manage assigned monthly journal entries, reconciliations, and schedules to meet close deadlines across areas including cash, prepaids, accrued liabilities, cost of revenue, and payroll-related accruals.
  • •Perform monthly expense flux and variance analyses with FP&A to support strategic decision-making.
  • •First-line review staff accountant entries and reconciliations, providing timely feedback and supporting team growth.
  • •Partner cross-functionally (FP&A, HR, IT, Business Intelligence) to lead accounting initiatives, system implementations, and workflow optimizations.
  • •Continuously improve standard operating procedures to reduce close-cycle time and support audits with strong documentation, internal controls, and SOX compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •3-4+ years of general accounting experience, with public accounting (audit) experience preferred.
  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting (preferred) and deep understanding of US GAAP; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
  • •Strong Excel skills.
  • •Experience with NetSuite and FloQast preferred.
  • •Demonstrated ability reviewing work, providing feedback/mentoring, with strong internal controls and SOX compliance knowledge.
