Design and deliver end-to-end software products across architecture, design, integration, test, and field support on agile, cross-disciplined teams. Key Responsibilities

•Participate on collaborative, cross-disciplined integrated product teams using agile software development techniques.
•Own full lifecycle product development from architecture and design through integration, test, and field support.
•Apply the highest software engineering process maturity level recognized by the Software Engineering Institute.
•Work with UML and OOA/D artifacts and system engineering design artifacts such as use cases and SysML diagrams.
•Mentor junior engineers while coordinating with engineering disciplines, program teams, and external stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•Experience in software engineering across multiple phases of the software development lifecycle.
•Prior technical or team leadership experience (e.g., SW Architect, SW Lead).
•Experience with software development using C++.
•Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS), embedded programming, and processor/board architecture and design.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date; U.S. citizenship required.
