Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct care and durability of building structures, roofing, façade, roads, pavements, drainage, car parks, fencing, and site infrastructure.
  • •Coordinate raw water, domestic water, water reticulation, plumbing, sanitary, sewerage, rainwater harvesting, pumping, tanks, and drainage systems.
  • •Plan and complete inspections, preventive maintenance, repairs, upgrades, refurbishment works, and reliability improvement actions.
  • •Lead building and infrastructure projects from scope development through cost estimation, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover.
  • •Manage contractors/vendors and ensure quality control and safety compliance; prepare budgets, technical reports, and asset lifecycle/risk documents while ensuring EHS and regulatory compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural/Building/Facilities Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • •Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in building, civil, water, utilities, infrastructure, or facilities maintenance.
  • •Strong understanding of building systems and water reticulation, plumbing, sanitary, drainage, road works, roofing, façade, and site infrastructure.
  • •Knowledge of preventive maintenance, condition assessment, root cause analysis, asset lifecycle management, and reliability improvement.
  • •Proficiency in Malaysian codes and local authority requirements (including UBBL, MS Standards, SPAN, EHS, fire safety, and environmental requirements).
