Job Summary

Plan and execute offsite programs and leadership seminars as the primary liaison between the Leadership Programs team and event stakeholders. Own the annual Ranch event calendar, manage agendas and vendor readiness, and lead weekly review and debrief meetings to analyze feedback and drive continuous improvement. Provide onsite leadership and operations support as needed, oversee key logistics partners, and maintain event documentation and planning systems for efficient execution.

•Manage the Annual Ranch Event Calendar, including scheduling, changes, and additions.
•Lead weekly event review and debrief meetings; compile and analyze data to drive continuous improvement.
•Provide high-level onsite oversight and support during events, including monitoring programming, activities, and guest experience.
•Directly oversee the Transportation vendor and logistics partners, and manage event planning documentation and systems.

Key Requirements

•5+ years of event planning, venue management, or related experience, preferably in hospitality, corporate events, or executive-level programming.
•Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder events with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
•Proficiency with event management software to support and optimize operational workflows.
•Experience managing vendor relationships and setting high standards for quality and service.
•Ability to exercise sound judgment and remain composed under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
