Lead Cashier II

Provide friendly, efficient customer service as a Coach cashier, serving customers at the cashwrap and in line while acting as an Insider Program ambassador. Accurately capture and securely handle customer information, process returns and audits at end of shift, and maintain SKU accuracy and store cleanliness. Promote add-ons and gift cards, handle cash/media and equipment issues, and stay tech-savvy using POS and mobile systems in a fast-paced retail environment.
