Branch Leader I/II - Phoenixville Branch

Lead and manage all aspects of the assigned branch, driving performance through coaching and team leadership while executing business development and revenue growth strategies. Partner with Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) and Operations to ensure compliance with bank procedures, internal controls, risk management, and the Truist Code of Ethics. Manage human capital including interviewing, hiring, workforce scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions, and maintain a strong community presence to build the Truist brand.
