Key Responsibilities

  • •Answer daily engineering queries for Auto Flight, Navigation, and Communication (ATA 22/23/34/46) across the Airbus commercial fleet with timeliness and quality.
  • •Follow up with airlines or their representatives and provide on-site/virtual assistance as needed.
  • •Assess and address customer-raised technical concerns within defined timelines, including evaluation of safety, airworthiness, reliability, quality, and operating/ownership impacts.
  • •Analyze in-service events and queries, identify impacts, and provide appropriate responses; monitor, consolidate, and analyze in-service events.
  • •Launch corrective actions with relevant programs and design organizations, provide feedback to management/design/suppliers, and review service bulletins; create and present technical materials and dashboards.
  • •Support stand-by rotation for AOG queries outside normal business hours and travel as required.

Key Requirements

  • •4-years Aeronautical engineering degree (or equivalent).
  • •5 to 8 years of experience in relevant roles.
  • •Experience and/or knowledge of Avionics Systems (must).
  • •Airline operations knowledge.
  • •Service-minded, highly customer focused; strong interpersonal, presentation, and English negotiation skills.
