Key Responsibilities

  • •Strategize and execute business development for the product line lifecycle in coordination with the HOD.
  • •Source, screen, evaluate, and lead new products and market access, including competitive intelligence activities.
  • •Analyze distribution needs and develop profitable distribution strategies; initiate and coordinate brand registration across countries.
  • •Manage contract negotiations and coordinate relevant teams to complete agreements successfully.
  • •Provide strategic and financial analysis, deliver periodic reports/updates, and drive revenue and profit growth through partnerships and licensing.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or Commerce.
  • •MBA is highly advantageous.
  • •8-10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including at least 4 years in Business Development Manager roles in MEA and other geographies.
  • •Proven track record of pitching for new business and negotiating agreements.
  • •Strong knowledge of licensors, distributor/agent operations, government accounts, tendering processes, contracting, pricing, and pharmaceutical clinical and distribution channels.
