Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 8+ years leading enterprise programs, business operations, or technology initiatives, including people leadership.
  • •Proven success leading and developing high-performing program or project management teams while staying actively involved in delivery.
  • •Hands-on experience with business process design from current-state discovery through future-state design and implementation, applying Agile and continuous improvement (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
  • •Track record establishing governance, prioritization frameworks, executive reporting, and operating rhythms for complex organizations.
  • •Proficiency with Jira, Workfront, Microsoft 365, Power BI, or similar portfolio management and collaboration tools.
