BEOL Process Engineer

Develop and optimize BEOL optical processes for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing, improving yield, performance, and reliability. You’ll use data-driven methods such as Design of Experiments (DOE) and Root Cause Analysis (RCA), characterize hardware, and troubleshoot complex process engineering issues. Collaborate with process module and cross-functional teams (including end customers and integration/quality groups) to support milestones, resolve technical queries, and implement mitigation plans. Generate reports and technical documentation within safety guidelines.
