Job Summary

Lead and develop a team of WFM Capacity Planners, driving capacity modelling, KPI delivery, and data-driven improvements. Partner with stakeholders to influence capacity planning across Kuala Lumpur, Gurgaon, and Pune, while coaching peers and ensuring alignment with CEG/ WFM objectives.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coach a team of WFM Capacity Planners to achieve targets and solve capacity challenges.
•Oversee capacity modelling, data tracking, and KPI reporting to improve forecasting accuracy.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across P&L, CEG, and regional teams to align WFM with business goals.
•Provide regular updates on team performance and stay informed on company and department objectives.
•Maintain high standards of professionalism and uphold Agoda values in leadership and team management.

Key Requirements

•Must have strong knowledge of WFM concepts and be able to coach and support the team in capacity planning and problem solving.
•Proven experience in leading a team of WFM professionals, with ability to coach, give feedback, and develop team members.

•Experience in capacity modelling, data tracking, and KPI reporting to improve forecast accuracy and SLAs.
•Strong collaboration and communication skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver against objectives.
