Job Summary

Perform a full range of automotive repairs and diagnostics in Carvana’s inspection/reconditioning environment, from light maintenance to heavy engine work. Diagnose and repair advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid systems, and complete repairs for wheel bearings, axles, and climate control components. Work in a fast-paced production setting and help ensure customers receive great vehicles when expected, including readiness to perform mandatory overtime.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform general to complex automotive repairs on all makes and models, from maintenance to heavy engine work.
•Conduct diagnostics and repairs for advanced vehicle electrical issues, including electric and hybrid vehicles.
•Complete repairs for wheel bearings and axles.
•Repair vehicle climate control systems, including ACs and heater cores.
•Work in a fast-paced production environment and be able to perform mandatory overtime based on business needs.

•Minimum of 3 years of professional automotive repair experience.

•Ability to physically operate vehicle equipment and tools, including lifting up to 60 pounds independently.
•Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license (some roles may require an MVR check).
