Key Responsibilities

  • •Design agentic workflows and automation for recurring IT tasks, extending existing systems to remove manual work.
  • •Automate identity and access processes, including global employee onboarding, Okta/SCIM provisioning, and access reviews.
  • •Programmatically automate SaaS lifecycle management by maintaining tool inventories, tracking utilization, and reclaiming unused licenses.
  • •Manage fleet MDM and automate endpoint security tasks including OS patching, encryption baselines, and continuous drift detection.
  • •Standardize IT runbooks and integration registries, deliver Tier 1/2 support with defined SLAs, and provide expert IT support to Finance and HR.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong drive to eliminate repetitive work using AI coding tools, Python/Bash scripting, and API integrations.
  • •0–2 years of experience managing Cloud/SaaS infrastructure and identity/security tooling (Okta/IdP).
  • •Experience with provisioning and access processes such as Okta/SCIM and employee onboarding workflows.
  • •Experience managing MDM/endpoint security and automating OS patching, encryption baselines, and drift detection.
  • •Strict security/process discipline with strong documentation habits for automated operations and compliance risks.
