Own implementations for small and mid-market health plan groups as the primary onboarding operational contact. Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables while coordinating cross-functional internal and external teams. Coordinate launch requirements such as eligibility validation, marketing readiness, and client configuration, proactively troubleshoot issues, and escalate risks. Build trusted relationships with customer and partner stakeholders and continuously improve implementation processes, tools, and partner playbooks.
