Job Summary

Assist the HR Manager across talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities in a luxury fashion group environment. This internship offers hands-on experience in HR operations, acts as the first point of contact for employees on HR-related matters, and supports initiatives across centers of excellence to improve efficiency and connectivity within Prada's international HR team.

Key Responsibilities

•Talent Acquisition: Support the recruitment process by defining the company needs, coordinating interviews, and liaising with third parties to maintain a steady talent pipeline
•Onboarding Management: Oversee the onboarding process and handle administrative tasks for new hires to ensure a smooth and effective integration
•Employee Lifecycle Management: Manage employee lifecycle processes and changes while ensuring adherence to Italian labor laws and internal HR procedures
•HR Guidance: Offer advice and guidance to employees on a variety of HR-related issues
•Collaboration with Centers of Excellence: Work with Centers of Excellence to improve the efficiency and connectivity of the HR team across the company
•HR Initiatives: Actively participate in the implementation of HR initiatives

Key Requirements

•Master’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field
•Fluent in English and Italian
•Strong communication skills in a fast-paced and international environment
•Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate relationships across teams at all organizational levels
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
