Key Responsibilities

  • •Own ORIR and LTI performance data and partner with Operations to determine root causes and drive corrective/preventative actions to completion.
  • •Ensure OSHA recordables are accurately documented, thoroughly investigated, and corrective actions are closed on time.
  • •Support People & Culture by ensuring new hire and PIT safety training completion stays at or above 95% and is completed before first shift.
  • •Conduct monthly safety audits, score results, track open items to closure, and drive continuous improvement quarter-over-quarter.
  • •Manage emergency response plans, evacuation procedures, first aid resources, and workers’ compensation claims including modified duty programs.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of safety or EHS experience in a production, warehouse, distribution center, or e-fulfillment environment.
  • •Formal or extensive regulatory experience, including responsibility for 300 logs, complaints, and onsite support.
  • •Experience supporting multi-shift operations, including night or weekend shifts.
  • •Hands-on experience conducting Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs), safety audits, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
  • •Ability to own and execute integrated safety programs independently, with a strong floor-level presence.
